Someone help me out with a link or tell me where I can get information that has regulations for pistols are rifles?

Not sure what regulations you are asking about...but the NRA web page has a link to resiprosity laws for concealed carry.

For Washington State that'd be title 9 right here

I would advise -against- legal advice from police officers (they don't usually deal with upstanding firearms owners) or folks you find in gun shops (or for that matter forums but I'm not a lawyer so it's not like that advice is backed with malpractice insurance or anything. -Boyd

The NRA ILA link mistakenly states that WA State has handgun licensing.. no such system exists

Have you heard of anyone that has been successful converting their glock to a 22cal with a suppressor?
