Giardinaire Anyone??? help...

My cousin lives in Illinois and he constantly taunts me with the array of amazing junkfood that is available. One of the things he constantly talks about is the Giardinaire that everyone smears on hot dogs and sandwiches. In case you haven't seen it, it looks like this:

Food Forum

I know it has onions, peppers, jalapenos, and other things all soaked in oil which becomes spicy. I want some, I need some, I gotta gotta have some...
Anyone here know a good recipe?

My cousin just solved my mystery for me by telling me the real name for it and not the local name for it....DAMN HIM!

You'll need a pepto-bismol milkshake to go with that.
