That 610 is awesome!

My local store has one... I'm soooo tempted, but that's all I need is another caliber to reload...

Yep, the 610 can be converted to shoot the 10mm Magnum @ Hamilton.

Thanks man, it's an accurate revolver, and the trigger is very nice! I'm not trying to tempt you, but you don't find 610's very often and I think it represents one of the best values out there.

A 1006 & 1076 IMO THE BEST 10mm's of All time, the 610 revolver is a close second though.

The 1076 was former Kentucky State Police Issue.

IL or not, S&W still makes fine revolvers. My 627 Pro with a HiViz sight and Ahrends factory finished cocobolo 'Retro Target' grips and my 10-shot 4" 617 with oil-finished Retro Targets. Both new last year.
