hot wings..... do you have ?

a recipe for, or very similar to bw3 BONELESS wings ?

had some of these at an office xmas party, my first exposure to eating them, and i thought they were outstanding.

i DO have a great recipe for my deep fryer in warmer weather but thought the bw3 version of the boneless variety would be good to have on the winter months.

i will be waiting with hot wing breath for your replies !

thanks wally

thanks....

marshall.......sounds good

have you ever tried doubling or tripling the ingredients to make a bigger feed ?

wondered if one could double the amount of chicken and possibly half again the amount of the rest of the stuff for decent results ?

your own experience thoughts may be useful since you have tried this a few times.

Hey, Wally. Sorry for the delay in circling back to your thread.

Yes, I've doubled and tripled the recipe based on the volume needed to address the crowd. Works very well.

Best of luck.
