Anyone been?
I thought about going, but I'm in Danville and didn't feel like driving to RNKE.
Is anything good there? I haven't been to a show there in about 2 yrs.

another reason I don't like to go...too many people.
Everybody still in a panic? I thought I might like some ammo, but I'm sure it is expensive there too.
Got all the guns I need, but it is good to look. Never know when something wants you to adopt it!!!

500 rounds of .223 for $195, AK47's averaging 800-1100 bucks. I waited in line for fifteen minutes at 0900. The people were elbow to elbow. Panic? I thought so.
I did find a good deal on a great looking SKS but I let the seller get away from me, kinda lost him in the sea of humanity. I wish I had another shot at that one!

Maybe it's time to sell my AK!
I bought an SKS from the place out on 220 S several years ago. Bryansteens maybe? I think it was $165 at the time. What are they going for now?
Thinking about going this afternoon. The GPS says it's only 74 miles, but it takes me a way I've never been. Usually go through Martinsville, up 220.
The GPS is taking me a backway through the woods.
Might be an adventure!

It's been that way for the past couple of months. As we approach January 20th, I predict the fever will rise a bit more. I'm taking a CETME to the Richmond show this weekend and hoping to sell it for a good price.
I scored 500 rounds of .223 for $130 last weekend. It's Silver Bear but as long as it goes bang.....

Well I went and I wished I saved my $7.
S&W AR stripped lower for $275, I witnessed a person buy a used Bushy stripped lower for $400, Georgia Arms was sold out of 223, barely any 9, 40, or 45 left, Romanian AK's for $700+ and AR's for $1000+, and the deal at the show was a Walther P22 that was well used, one mag and very dirty for $350.
Marshmallow guns were $7 with no background checks! and came with a little baggie of ammo and the guns were offed in plain, camo, and some hippie colors too!!!!
Well, I did buy a few ammo cans from the VCDL guy.
On the way home I stopped at Sportsmans Warehouse, there was a lot of people there from the show getting a better deal, but they too were cleared out of ammo as well.
